  • All sales are final. We do not accept returns for change of mind or fragrance preference.
  • Damaged/defective/wrong item? Report within 48 hours (2 days) with photos + unboxing video.
  • Approved cases receive a replacement/exchange (subject to stock) or a refund.

Returns & Exchanges

All Sales Are Final

Effective immediately, Tasvii does not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind
  • Fragrance preference
  • Incorrect ordering
  • Minor variations in color/finish (natural to handmade products)

Damaged / Defective / Wrong Item Received

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, we’ll make it right.

Email tasvii.customercare@gmail.com within 48 hours (2 days) of delivery with:

  • Order Number
  • Clear photos (outer packaging + product + issue)
  • Unboxing video (required)

Eligibility: Items must be unused/unburnt and in the original packaging.

Resolution: After verification, we will offer:

  • Replacement / Exchange (subject to availability), or
  • Refund to the original payment method (if replacement isn’t possible)
Non-Returnable Items
  • Sale / discounted items
  • Used / burnt candles or opened items that cannot be resold
Refunds

Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Banks/payment providers may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account. If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days, please contact us.

Return Shipping (Approved Cases Only)

Returns/exchanges are accepted only after approval from Tasvii Customer Care. Please do not send items back without confirmation and instructions from our team.
