Clear, simple information on how your Tasvii order is processed, shipped, and delivered.

Shipping

Free standard shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹1500 within mainland India.

For orders below ₹1500, shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

Once dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details via email/WhatsApp (if provided at checkout).

Delivery Timeline

Standard delivery typically takes 5–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and courier serviceability.

Packaging

We pack each order securely and use eco-friendly, recyclable materials wherever possible—while ensuring safe transit.

Order Changes

Need to update your shipping details? Contact us as soon as possible at tasvii.customercare@gmail.com.

Once an order is processed or dispatched, changes may not be possible—but we’ll do our best to help.

Damaged Items in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, email us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos of the damage
  • An unboxing video (required)

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or offer a refund, as applicable.

Tip: Please keep the original outer packaging until your issue is resolved.
